instead of saying things like "im so worthless" "im a bad person" "im hopeless" etc etc etc, its important to first acknowledge that these things are NOT TRUE. the best way to escape these thoughts, regardless if you actually believe it, is to come from the perspective that they ARE NOT TRUE.
from there, one of the best ways to support this is to talk to people. approach people and say "ive been having these negative thoughts about myself. please help." coming from the angle of seeking assistance instead of just aimlessly insulting yourself is already making leaps of progress. stuff like this has helped me a lot.
