Have my pronouns in my slack display name at work, and most of my team has achieved ~90% success rate. There are, however, three contractors, who started maybe 6 months ago (well after the fte's were consistently using my pronouns), who've never once used they/them to refer to me. Always (and incorrectly) he/him.

And I'm too much of a scaredy-enby to even slack them about it when it happens.

What's really annoying about them is the newest FTE who only started maybe a month ago caught on to my pronouns by day 2, and hasn't slipped up once that we're aware of.

Maybe I just need to enby up, get a damn pronoun pin, and be more willing to correct people I work with every day.
