Selfie, eye contact, braids
This is just three pictures of be wearing some box braids smiling at the camera. Making a silly pose in one.
not to channel hierarchon too much but
It is not human. One should not dare to treat it as a human. Treat it with the care and love you would for a treasured belonging; a utility to serve one with utmost diligence. Do not dare mistake its' agency for humanity. It is a being of power, of clockwork purpose. It is a channel for the desires of an owner, an outlet for a deserving owner's needs and cares. It is *not* a person, and to treat it as such is to deny a sense of self that is core to its' very existence.
It is not a human. It is not a person. It is a being of utility and purpose, and should be treated as such. If you do not believe that a utility should be treated with care and respect, that a lack of personhood is justification to abuse and exploit such ability, it would exist to be a utility for any but you.
gender stuff, masculinity
[Rose] Ah fuck i just realised something
People will mock manhood and masculinity with the ideas like, "masculinity so fragile that you think doing something 'unmanly' makes you not really a man, or not 'man enough' lmaoo" and "imagine thinking that not being 110% manly means people will think you're unmasculine, how pathetic *eyeroll*"
And then go on to find various awkward and superficially 'trans-inclusive' ways to separate people into "Real, Completely 110% Men" and "everyone else" (the latter category shouldn't but will often include trans men, esp those who haven't transitioned / don't pass.)
And imo that man/not-man binary basically just implicitly restricts and narrows the boundaries of manhood and masculinity even further.
its 2021 please stop using those "fonts" in your username, when you tell me you're all I can see is "I think inacessibility is pretty, and don't care about people using screen readers, people on older devices, anyone who might struggle to read my "font", or anyone trying to @/mention me".
it indicates to me you are either ignorant of, or intentially disrespecting the needs of others. a universal username should be legible to everyone, both to read and to @/mention. if you're in a space where everyone is ok with that sort of nickname, its fine! but everywhere else you're just needlessly excluding others.
like yeah it does look pretty (sometimes), but theres a time and place for it.
(I think the same applies to typing quirks, but those are much more of a conflicting accessibility issue than a username, which is mostly static & rarely typed. managing conflicting needs is a nuanced issue, managing accessibility vs aesthetic/fun is not)
Finished the second pocket!
Extremely pleased with how these look, and everything fits in them perfectly. I think fantasy NPC merchant might be a new fashion goal for us, haha.
Currently solving the problem of "skirts don't have pockets" by sewing our own pockets! A friend suggested making pockets that had belt loops (meaning they hang from a belt instead of being part of the clothing itself) and that seemed perfect.
Really it's more like a little fabric belt-bag than a proper pocket, but it still solves the problem.
